More than seven regular petals, toothed leaves, but I will have to look more closely at the pictures to figure out whether the leaves are alternating or opposite.
Update: I think this is a moonbeam coreopsis. Coreopsis is also called tickseed. It's one of the asters, so it goes by a different set of rules in the Newcomb's guide.
The last picture here is of a different variety called the dwarf (or mouse-ear) coreopsis.
